Aim for consistent, realistic movement that fits your life. Short sessions a few times a week can reduce stress, lift your mood, and support your overall health.

Week 3: Gratitude

When life is full, it’s easy to lose track of our blessings. By focusing on gratitude daily, you’ll be able to view your days with a healthier outlook. There is always a moment of light when we pause to notice it.

Week 4: Giving

Each of us can give without cost, but we also need to refill our own cups. This week, we’ll explore both: small acts of kindness toward others and meaningful ways to care for yourself so you’re not giving from an empty place.

Week 5: Mindfulness

We spend so much time “doing” and not enough time simply “being.” Each week, a new mindfulness concept will be introduced to help you slow down, tune into your body, and enjoy more of the present moment.

Week 6: Perspective

A simple shift in perspective can drastically change your outlook. We’ll explore scientifically informed tools to help you bridge the gap between awareness and action so you can move into the rest of the year with clarity and confidence.
