Your DNA cannot predict exactly what will happen to your health or tell you what is happening in your body today. Genetics works alongside your lifestyle, environment, family history, age, health history, and daily habits. When used thoughtfully, DNA becomes another piece of information that can help you understand your body more clearly and make more personalized health decisions.‍
